I run www.rawreform.com - a website that shares my story of recovery from morbid obesity through a raw foods lifestyle and gives guidance for other people who wish to do the same. The site has been up since January 2004 and has quite a following of people inspired to reclaim their own health in this natural way.
I am delighted to work now in this area, as a living example of this positive message of transformation, hope and health and am currently doing my second lecture tour of the US. I had a fantastic time meeting people all over the States earlier this year who are looking towards raw foods rather than standard diets/bariatric surgery and so on, as a more sustainable option.
